We take great care in delivering our products and adhere to the highest quality standards. As a policy, we do not entertain returns on products delivered in perfect, undamaged condition. Please do undergo our Return Policy for your better understanding to avoid any last moment confusion.

The product will only eligible for return under the following conditions:

A] A wrong product has been dispatched by us which does not match with the product selected by the customer during order payment and confirmation.

B] If you find out on the product and are sure/convinced that there is a quality issue or a manufacturing defect is there.

C] If the product is received by the customer in a damaged condition, in this case, please do not accept any package if it is tampered or damaged upon delivery, please take its picture immediately and send us on our customer care no. 09910053912. 

To ensure that we are able to process your returns accurately and promptly, please go through our return process policy, along with the guidelines that need to be followed.

Return Process:

  1. Please raise a Return Request within 48 hrs of delivery by calling our Customer Service at 09910053912 (Monday - Saturday 10 AM to 6 PM) or mail us at

 You can also submit your Return Request by signing into 'My Account' page of our website and filling the 'Submit a Support Request' form, to initiate the return process.

  1. You will be asked to mail a good quality picture of the received product clearly explaining / clarifying the issue (in case of package damage/manufacturing defect/incorrect product sent by mistake) along with your order details to (you can send the mail of picture in the first step immediately for a faster/smoother process). Our online business handling team will check the details with reference to its eligibility of return.
  2. We will then get back to you with your Return Request Status within 2-3 working days of receiving your request mail with good quality pictures. After your return request has been accepted, we will arrange a reverse pick up for the product in question. It usually takes about 2-3 working days for organizing a pickup and the same number of days required for delivery at our store which took us to deliver to you as per the mode of the dispatch.
  3. Once the merchandise is back at our warehouse, the refund process will get initiated within 7 days of receiving it. Read further for important details.

Points to Remember:

1] Product must be returned with the original packaging, including the tags, barcodes, accessories, manuals, warranty cards, shipping label (pasted on the packet), invoice etc.

2]Product should be unused and in the original condition.

3] Product can be returned for a store credit or a refund, processed within 7 days of receiving the merchandise in our store.

4] reserves the right to do a thorough quality/condition check of the product before issuing a refund. Given the nature of our products, we reserve the sole discretion to provide the resolution to any situation as we deem fit. Each return or exchange request is handled on a case to case basis and it is requested to you to get in touch with our team for prompt resolution of the matter.

5]Products bought online cannot be exchanged or returned in our offline stores.

All refunds will be processed within 7 days of receiving the merchandise back at our store. The refunds will be made in form of Store Credits or through the same mode of payment as in the order was placed upon, Store Credits are the fastest way of refund, they are a form of money with no expiry date and no limitations on their usage and they are usually processed within 24-48 hours.

All other refunds (except for cash payments) will be issued through the same transaction method used in the original purchase. For example, if you used a credit card as your payment method, the purchase amount will be issued to your credit card. All online refunds are processed within 7 working days. Any NEFT transactions take about 5 days to get fully processed, however, for Credits Cards the refund amount will show in your next billing.


Any cancellation requests will only be accepted if they are made within 24 hrs of placing the order and a full refund will be issued for it. However if the request is made at a time when the product it is already in transit, a nominal In-transit cancellation fee will be charged of 10% of the order value. This is due to the nature of our products which are high-quality fragile items, once in transit, we expect our guests to share 50%  part of the shipping charges already borne by us.

All conditions as mentioned above may not be implied by laws and are limited to the duration and conditions as mentioned and shall not liable for any incidental, special or consequential damages, human injury or loses including but not limited to loss of business, profits or use whether in an action in contract or based out of or in connection with the use or performance of the product. In continuation to the above, the conditions shall not affect the other provisions and also the customer’s statutory rights under applicable Indian laws.
